These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform, products, and services provided by BridgePayments ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
01Eligibility
You must: be at least 18 years of age; have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; provide accurate and complete registration information; and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
02Our Services
BridgePayments provides a payment orchestration platform for online businesses. We accept card payments on behalf of merchants through our hosted checkout, payment links, and API, route and process transactions across the merchant's acquiring accounts (MIDs), and provide reporting, refund, and payout tools.
Use of the platform requires an approved merchant account. Payouts of processed funds are made to the merchant's designated payout destinations.
The Company does not guarantee that any particular transaction will be authorized by card networks, issuing banks, or acquirers.
03Account Registration
Users agree to: maintain accurate account information; keep login credentials confidential; notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access; and accept responsibility for all activity conducted through their account.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate or misleading information.
04Identity Verification (KYC)
The Company may require identity verification before providing certain services or processing payouts. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of the account or denial of payouts.
Accounts registered using false identities, forged documentation, or information inconsistent with submitted verification documents may be permanently closed.
05Payments
All payments must be made using payment methods lawfully owned or authorized by the customer.
The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refund any transaction where fraud, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Prices are displayed on the website and may be updated without prior notice.
06Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Company's Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or violations of these Terms are identified.
07Prohibited Conduct
Users must not: use false or stolen identities; submit fraudulent payment information; engage in money laundering or illegal activities; attempt to interfere with the platform or its security; create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules; use automated systems, bots, or software intended to manipulate platform functionality without prior authorization; or abuse promotions, bonuses, discounts, or referral programs.
Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
08Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, software, graphics, logos, text, and other materials are the exclusive property of BridgePayments or its licensors.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgePayments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of its website or services.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10Disclaimer

BridgePayments makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability of its services for any particular purpose.
11Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: these Terms have been violated; fraud or abusive activity has occurred; identity verification requirements are not satisfied; or applicable laws or regulations require such action.
12Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and AML & KYC Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
13Amendments
BridgePayments reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Company's website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
